We are now recruiting for a Deputy Manager RN to join our dedicated teams at St Cecilia’s in Bromley. St Cecilia’s provides care and support for 30 physically disabled adults.
We are seeking a qualified general nurse (preferably with PEG, wound care and catheter care experience) who also brings previous experience of managing staff. You will supervise and work with our nursing and care staff to ensure that residents have an assessment of their care needs which is documented in their current care plan. You will also contribute to the assessment of potential and new residents.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals with experience within the social care sector. This is a very challenging role, but is also an exciting opportunity to bring your passion and enthusiasm to make a difference to the lives of all our residents. We provide high levels of training and support. Any successful offer will be subject to a DBS check and satisfactory references.
