Staff Nurse x5 - Community Resource Centre
We are Sirona care & health, a Community Interest Company committed to providing local communities with a range of high quality specialist health and social care services across South Gloucestershire, parts of Bristol and Bath and North East Somerset. For us, it’s about the personal approach; we take pride in what we do and deliver the high standard of care that we’d expect for ourselves and our families.
In return we offer an excellent range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, paid enhancements for bank holiday/night working (where applicable), a contributory pension scheme (including, for some roles, the NHS pension scheme), a planned induction program, extensive learning and development opportunities, health and wellbeing programmes, flexible working patterns, staff excellence awards, childcare vouchers, in-house physiotherapy support and more!
Charlton House Community Resource Centre (CRC) is currently a 30 bed high need residential and dementia care home based in Keynsham. We are delighted to announce we are looking to extend the registration to include nursing care beds and as such are recruiting Registered Nurses to join us at the beginning of this exciting development. We are now seeking a team of Registered Nurses who are excited to be at the beginning of our journey in the development of Nursing Care within the CRC’s!
Charlton House is currently staffed with experienced caring social care staff, and as a general nurse joining the team, your professional skills in nursing the older person with complex health needs and long term conditions, along with your leadership and drive for continuous improvement, will ensure excellent standards of care are delivered at all times.
We are truly passionate about delivering care tailored for each of our residents – don’t just take our word for it, you will be joining an organisation which this year has been rated Outstanding for Care and Outstanding for End of Life Care.
You will have expertise and passion for nursing older people, strong leadership and teaching abilities, and a desire to work alongside the Registered Manager to design, influence and deliver outstanding care.
Due to this being a new service, there are currently very flexible vacancies available; both day and night shifts, full or part time, which will include weekend and bank holidays on a rostered basis.
You will need to hold a current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) and provide evidence of continuing professional development.
Experience within an older person setting an advantage, with the ability to produce well developed individualised care plans, risk assessments and to contribute to the support of a dynamic care environment.
You must have up to date knowledge of clinical practices and a strong understanding of the CQC and regulatory requirements and framework. You must also have an awareness of the clinical policy framework, DoLS/ MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
If you would like to speak to someone in more detail about the role please contact Amanda Wring, Registered Manager on 01225 396600 or firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Recruitment Team on 01225 831856.
