Forward-looking, focused and innovative. Kingston University is yours to achieve. Join our dynamic and forward-looking School and in this key role you will strive to enhance nursing practice and the reputation of our School of Nursing in the area of adult nursing care across all domains of practice. Articulate and well respected, you will teach primarily on pre-registration nursing programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, taking the lead on modules where appropriate. In particular, you will have the ability to inspire our students and will have a keen interest in developing education. Alongside being involved in the pastoral care of students, you will be encouraged and supported to further your interests in research, enterprise or professional practice.
You will be a nurse on the NMC register (adult), educated to at least degree level, with experience of caring for patients with long term conditions and complex needs across service provision. A background in community and / or acute care is acceptable. You are resourceful, highly motivated and ambitious. You are interested in teaching and can share your skills and expertise with the nursing workforce of the future.
