Bromley Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced nursing manager to work as a Service Lead managing a team of community/district nurses & community matrons, bringing the expertise they have acquired in their healthcare career.

We are particularly interested in recruiting a competent and innovative manager who will use the skills and experience they have gained in the health sector to successfully lead this dynamic and innovative team of Nurses in supporting patients in the community.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering consistent outcomes within a complex and changing environment, ensuring we consistently provide the highest level of care to our patients.

Working closely with the two partner Service Leads and the Head of Integrated Care, you will be an integral member of the Senior Team within the Service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an organisation that is making a real difference in the lives of people who live within the borough of Bromley.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting a Nursing Team located within the Beckenham community hub. This team works alongside community colleagues and therapists across a multi-disciplinary integrated model. The post-holder will be responsible for the operational management of the nursing team across the hub and will be responsible for the operational MDT function of the service, ensuring that local targets are met. The team has a number of important relationships within the borough of Bromley and it will be your responsibility to maintain and enhance these relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

You will have a proven track record of managing a team, supporting organisational change and delivering to agreed targets. You will have knowledge/experience in developing service delivery to patients and meeting national standards across all care pathways. You will also be instrumental in helping to determine our future strategic vision in line with future GP Networks and translating this into tangible objectives across the Integrated Community Teams.

You will need excellent communication skills and a proven ability to facilitate transformation and innovation within a clinical setting.
