The successful candidate will inspire our staff to deliver high quality and innovative patient care and will bring our PEOPLE values to life. You will be visible to our clinicians and exude compassionate leadership with a proven track record of bringing out the best in your colleagues.
You will work very closely with our Medical Director and Executive Team and will be influential in the work we are undertaking with our external partners within local health and care systems. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with external stakeholders as our relationships with our commissioners, regulators, auditors and partners are key to the success of the Trust.
If successful you will join the Trust at an exciting time in our development. We are focusing on the implementation of our new Quality and Place strategy, which ensure we focus on the integration of community health care, primary and social care, as the platform for system reform in the towns we serve.

Fit & Proper Persons Test (Directors)
Provider organisations must ensure that they only employ individuals who are fit for their role and are required to assess the fitness of such nominated individuals. Director posts will be subject to the requirements of Regulation 5 of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
