Clinic Nurse£30,0000 per annum plus bonusMonday to Friday working hours, no nights and no weekends Our client, a specialist in weight loss, functional medicine and health & well-being is seeking a registered nurse to join their existing multi-disciplinary team.We're recruiting for a band 5 nurse (or band 6 level) who has a keen interest in health & well-being, weight loss and nutrition. No experience in this specialty is required as full training will be provided. The clinic nurse will cover 3 clinic sites in London. Following an excellent training and orientation period you will manage your own patient caseload within a comfortable private setting. In addition to independently running clinics you will have access to expert support from your colleagues; doctors, nutritionists and the administration team The clinic nurse will meet with patients pre, during and post treatment.Consultations will involve taking detailed medical and lifestyle history from the patient, providing expert dietary and lifestyle advice to help the patient achieve their weight goal, whilst considering the suitability for further treatment, such as weight loss injections. You will be fully trained to prescribe and dispense the injections under clear patient group directives. Regular follow up with patients, both on the phone and face to face is also a vital part of the role. This is to ensure the patient is tolerating the treatment, following all the prescribed advice, and that treatment goals are reached.The nurse will also have the scope to gain experience in other areas, such as aesthetic procedures, IV infusions for health and well-being and other health and wellness tests.
