Lead Nurse – Recipient Co-ordination Organ Donation and Transplantation Directorate (ODT)

AfC Band 8a (£42,414 - £49,969 per annum)

Fixed term for 18 months, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Any National Centre by Agreement

As our Lead Nurse for Recipient Transplant Co-ordination you will be the expert clinical link between NHSBT and Recipient Transplant Co-ordinators (RTC) across the UK.  It’s important you have had experience as a highly motivated Recipient Transplant Co-ordinator providing you with a thorough understanding of organ donation and transplantation. 

You will also work closely with colleagues within the Organ Donation and Transplantation (ODT) Directorate at NHSBT; this will include members of the ODT Senior Management Team, Clinical Governance and Education Teams and the ODT Operational Teams. 

All applicants should be NMC registered.  A full driving licence is essential.
