Salary: Band 7 £33,222 to £43,041 pa

We are offering £2,500 Golden Hello Payment to successful candidates outside of Hampshire and Isle of Wight.
Our West Area AMH Community Teams are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals.These roles are exciting and challenging and the focus will be on the operational & the development of the team.

Successful candidates will be expected to provide clinical and operational leadership to the day-to-day running of the team, monitoring work load, allocating duties and ensuring duties are discharged safely and effectively; supervision to clinical staff and provide advice and guidance in complex and high risk cases;
We are looking for committed, caring experienced nurses to take a proactive approach to caseload supervision and line management.
You would require two or more years’ experience at AFC Band 6 or above, working autonomously with mental health nursing background and community experience.
